Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling Time

Orders are processed and ready to ship within one business day (for stock items such as BumperPlugs™). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Tracking number is emailed when order ships. Carrier delays will show on tracking history. If we are experiencing high volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. We make every effort to expedite shipments quickly, but we cannot be responsible for carrier shipping delays.

If your address cannot be validated with our shipping databases we will notify you and the order will be delayed until we receive a correct address. Please avoid typos and always include unit/apartment numbers when necessary.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery times have been extended by one or two days due to volume and staffing issues with all shipping carriers.

Shipping Options for BumperPlugs™

Ground shipping is only available for orders with two pairs of BumperPlugs™. When the order exceeds $85, shipping automatically changes to Priority, which includes $100 insurance (and faster delivery). The insurance covers replacements if needed.

Shipping Cutoff Times

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Standard Shipping (Ground & Priority): Orders received by 2pm ET are shipped the same business day.
  • Overnight Shipping: Orders received by 12pm ET are shipped the same business day. Saturday delivery is not always guaranteed, depending on location.

Shipping for Custom Painted Items

All painted items including but not limited to bumperettes, emblems, consoles, crests, dash trim, reflectors, sidemarkers, side vents, etc) require a signature. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier (USPS or FedEx) will leave a note on your front door about delivering the next business day (or to schedule a redelivery at a specific date/time).

Delivery Issues? Missing Mail?

Received a "package delivered" email from USPS but the package was not delivered? Check your mailbox, front door, porch area or see if a neighbor received the package. Many times these are 'false' delivery scans. In cases like this, the package typically shows up in 1-2 days. If you do not receive it in that timeframe, please submit a Missing Mail Request or contact your local USPS office and ask to speak to the supervisor. Responses for missing mail claims may take 1-2 business days. If you are unable to get answers from USPS, please contact us and we will do our best to help. If necessary, a replacement will be processed, but you must take these steps first before reaching out to us.


Please see our Returns Policy. Once your return request is approved and you have an RMA number, please ship using any delivery method that includes tracking (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
