  • Step 4. Recipient/Sender Details
  • Provide 'Recipient' address (your home address) and Sender address (BumperPlugs, 9123 Monroe Rd, Ste 105, Charlotte, NC 28270)

  • Step 5. Review and Submit
  • Double check all the information provided is correct before submitting.

  • Step 6. Confirmation
  • Once the request has been submitted, please allow 1-2 business days for a response. We will provide a replacement if necessary, but these steps must be taken first. Thank you for your understanding.
