All countries (outside North America)

Due to service failures outside of North America, and to assure packages are delivered without issue, all customers are required to use a forwarding agency. See below for more details.


As of July 1, 2021 the value added tax (VAT) exemption for the importation of goods not exceeding EUR 22 has been removed. As a result, all goods imported are subject to VAT.

Australia & New Zealand

As of September 9, 2021 international mail acceptance to Australia and New Zealand has been suspended due to carrier issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

International Shipping Policy

Due to changes in mail service (see above), we now require all international customers outside of North America to use a forwarding agency with a US address. We've partnered with Stackry to make the process easier for you. The shipping costs reflected on our website only cover delivery to Stackry. Once the package arrives at your Stackry locker, you'll be notified to select a forwarding service (e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx, Global Mail) for final delivery to your country. How does Stackry work?

  • Create account at with our referral link. This provides $10 credit towards shipping costs.
  • Use your Stackry address at checkout (or email the locker number if you already submitted the order).
  • Once the package arrives at your personal Stackry locker, you will be notified by email.
  • Choose from a wide variety of international carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, Global Mail) to forward the package from Stackry to your country.

Please note: forwarding options and pricing vary based on location (e.g. how frequently carrier planes have trips to your country).
