Return Policy

Many custom painted items cannot be returned for obvious reasons (see list below). BumperPlugs™ may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date if unused and in original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee1. Please submit an RMA Request to start the return process.

Nonreturnable Items Returns & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit you. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your bank statement. We will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong color? Need to exchange? Please contact us! If we accidentally sent the wrong item or color, a prepaid return label will be provided. However, if you ordered the wrong color by mistake, please fill out an RMA request. 

Warranty

BumperPlugs™ have a one year warranty against chipping. Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Replacements may be offered one-time only. Damage caused by accidents such as fender benders, bumps in parking lots, automatic car washes, etc are not covered. Warranties provided by the various manufacturers are backed by those manufacturers directly.

Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with all products and holds Perfection Automotive, Inc. d/b/a BumperPlugs.com and its owners harmless of any liability. Perfection Automotive, Inc. is not responsible for damage caused to your vehicle during installation or use of any products.
